If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so our team can review your request.
Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—including a size different from the size ordered— contacting our support team. info@urbanschott.com.
Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, an eligible customer will receive a full refund without any shipping or restocking deductions.
Products showing signs of use, wear, customer-caused damage, stains, odors, washing, or alteration will not qualify for a refund.
Approved returns must be sent to the return facility specified in the return instructions provided by our support team.
Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has arrived at the designated facility and has passed inspection.

A flat shipping fee of $20 USD applies to orders below $200 USD.

Order Cancellation

Our cancellation schedule after Placing order:

  • Within 48 hours of placing the order: Full refund.
  • More than 48 hours and up to 3 days: Refund less a 25% processing and production charge.
  • More than 3 days and up to 7 days: Refund less a 35% production charge.
  • After 7 days: Orders cannot be cancelled because production or preparation is typically underway or completed.

Yes, we ship worldwide, with free shipping on orders of $200 USD or more and a flat $20 USD fee below that. Delivery typically takes 11–15 business days depending on your location.
